This article makes an evaluation of the attacks to the infrastructure of the country made by the ELN and the FARC in the past ten years. Analyses concentrations, territorial and temporal displacement, and frequencies in the departmental level. The analysis suggests that, since the eighties, a large percentage of attacks was made by the ELN, but since the creation of the Caguan demilitarized zone, the FARC came to monopolize this attacks, articulating them, in a first period, to the peace conversations with the government. Once closed the Caguan demilitarized zone, the attacks became essentially defensive actions implemented to face the offensive of the government. We conclude that, although the attacks, the country has managed to maintain the operation of the infrastructure without major interruptions.
